1. Subject of the Terms and Conditions
Art. 1. EcoHunt is a platform developed for use as a smartphone application. These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between this EcoHunt application and its users.
Art. 2. Through the use of the EcoHunt application, its users have the opportunity to perform missions - they receive a mission - litter that they must find and dispose of in the right place. Other possibilities are sharing the photo of the discarded waste on a Feed in the app, participating in leaderboards, collecting points for each completed mission, and other
activities accompanying the completion of a mission.
Art. 3. (1) These General Terms and Conditions regulate the conditions under which the EcoHunt application provides users with the environmental cleaning opportunities provided for therein, and users undertake to use it in compliance with the applicable legislation and the requirements set out in these General Terms and Conditions.
(2) When using the EcoHunt Environmental Cleaning App, Users undertake not to violate the rights and interests of third parties and not to commit malicious acts.
2. EcoHunt smartphone application terms of use
Art. 4. (1) These Terms and Conditions shall apply in relations with users of the EcoHunt app. Users accept and undertake to comply with the Terms and Conditions. By each use of services and resources of the system, users declare that they are familiar with these Terms and Conditions, agree to them and undertake to comply with them.
(2) The EcoHunt Environmental Cleanup App publishes these Terms and Conditions on its website. EcoHunt shall be entitled to unilaterally amend and supplement the Terms and Conditions by making such a change, it shall notify users by posting the amended Terms and Conditions on the website before they come into effect.
Art. 5. Users' use of the EcoHunt environmental cleaning application is free of charge and available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week (24/7).
Art. 6. Any use by users of the EcoHunt Environmental Cleaning App, including recording, copying, publishing, reproducing, distributing, broadcasting, transmitting and retransmitting over an electronic communications network, posting on the Internet, publicly displaying, processing or using in any other manner outside of those specified in the these Terms and Conditions of content from the EcoHunt online system and its website may only be made with the express permission of EcoHunt.
3. Rights and Obligations of the Parties
Registration and User Profile
Art. 7 (1) In order to use EcoHunt you must register in the smartphone app. You can only register with your own email, and you agree to us that you provide only accurate, reliable and up-to-date information and to update it when you change it.
(2) You must keep your registration details confidential and not share them with anyone. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
(3) EcoHunt reserves the right to refuse or delay your registration at any time.
User Data
Art. 8 (1) You can take photos (by completing a mission) in EcoHunt.
(2) You are fully responsible for any data that you provide to the EcoHunt platform and application, and for the consequences thereof.
(3) You may not upload content that depicts or depicts violence or content that is pornographic, discriminatory, racist, defamatory or otherwise illegal.
Art. 9 (1) EcoHunt is not responsible for the accuracy of the content that is submitted to the system or created by EcoHunt based on the data entered by the user.
(2) EcoHunt does not review User Content, but reserves the right to remove or disable access to any User Content for any reason.
(3) You are solely responsible for backing up any content you enter or upload to EcoHunt.
Tips when completing a mission
Art. 10 You can complete a mission by finding the litter (trash) mentioned in the mission dumped outside incorrectly and taking a picture of it being disposed of in a bin. The photo should be just before the actual throwing away, and you can take a photo of your hand over the trash can throwing away the waste from the mission. See examples of photos here.
4. Maintenance
Art. 11 (1) The EcoHunt application is subject to continuous development and
as such, we reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to update the EcoHunt system, change the nature of EcoHunt or change or discontinue any of the features without prior notice to you. You acknowledge that EcoHunt is not subject to mandatory maintenance or updates.
(2) We do not guarantee the uninterrupted provision of the Services. EcoHunt or integrated third party services may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, certain technical
difficulties or other events beyond the control of the technical team.
5. Privacy
Art. 12 By using the EcoHunt Environmental Cleaning App, you acknowledge that your personal data will be processed to the extent necessary to provide the services under this Agreement. All information, including the extent and manner in which your personal data will be processed, is included in the "Privacy Policy", which forms an integral part of the Terms.
6. Third Party Services
Art. 13 The application developed by EcoHunt may integrate third party services or content, such as Facebook Login, Google login, Render, etc. You acknowledge that terms other than these may apply to your use of such third party services (including privacy policies). You must agree to and abide by all applicable third party terms when using the EcoHunt App.
7. Final Terms
Art. 14 Correspondence between EcoHunt and users in relation to the use of the Environmental Cleaning App shall be via email - hello@ecohunt.bg
Art. 15 The provisions of the legislation in force in the Republic of Bulgaria shall apply to matters not covered by these Terms and Conditions.
Art. 16. (1) These Terms and Conditions shall come into force on 24.03.2024. In the event of a registered user stating that he/she does not agree with these Terms and Conditions or any subsequent amendments, EcoHunt has the right to immediately suspend the user's access to his/her user account and terminate his/her registration.
